Helpful Video

Hi all,

It seems that YouTube has a number of videos on Paruresis. Try searching on "Shy Bladder". One very helpful video was brought to my attention this week, and I am pleased to share the link:

Welcome to our Forum!
You will find great help in regular support work. I also recommend next year's weekend workshop.

Re: Perth Support Group Meeting

I would be interested in joining a Perth group. Good. It only takes two people. Contact bobthebuilder and take it from there. Perhaps send me a private message if I can help with hints about how to go about "running" a Perth group. I would like to hear from bobthebuilder whether he got an answer fr...

Re: Workshop

FIFTEENTH AUSTRALIAN WORKSHOP This is proposed for Sydney, Friday evening 6th April to late morning Sunday 8th. The workshop, if held, will be a “budget" one, run along the lines of those held in the past seven years, where lower numbers have meant running it on my own, and using a suitable guest ro...

Re: Workshop

I am planning for one in Sydney, Friday night 6th April to Sunday lunchtime 8th.
The notice has not gone out yet, but people can indicate interest (or a problem with that date) ahead of time by sending me a Private Message if they are registered with this Forum.

It’s what plenty of non-paruretics do all the time, even in preference to many wall bowls being available. You will know that only b...

Re: more success

Dylan,

Congratulations!
Perseverance and making the effort, pushing the boundaries but not too much, are the key. And patience.
You should be greatly encouraged.

Re: MELBOURNE WORKSHOP 2017

WORKSHOP CANCELLED We have passed the date by which I needed to hear from interested persons. There has been only one Melbourne inquiry, and that came with the condition that the workshop fees be not too expensive. Running a workshop in Melbourne inevitably includes the cost of my travelling and acc...

Re: MELBOURNE WORKSHOP 2017

Good reminder, Ross! Perhaps that's why I usually have put the notice here in the General Discussion. So here are the details: FOURTEENTH AUSTRALIAN WORKSHOP This is proposed for Melbourne, one weekend in April (but not the Easter weekend), Friday evening to Sunday late morning. The workshop, if hel...
